I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute of Dublin,OH. I specialize in weight loss, toning, and strength programs. My favorite type of training is dynamic, adding a little bit of everything to keep my clients at their peak! The Fit Spot bootcamp is a 1 hour class with a variety of exercises!
We begin with cardio drills then jump into strength stations! Each exercise has a regression and progression, that way class can be accommodating to all fitness levels!
